I Made Changes to My Flow, But My Campaign Isn't Updating

Why This Happens:

Once you start the campaign, you can't change the campaign flow. This is to ensure consistent delivery and avoid mid-sequence disruptions.

βœ… How to Fix It

If you want to change the flow:

  1. Pause the current campaign
    Go to Gro IQ β†’ Campaigns, find your campaign, and pause it

  2. Create a new campaign
    Use the same prospect list. Gro automatically skips leads that were already contacted, so no one gets messaged twice.

  3. Reuse your flow (optional)
    If you want to keep the changes you made:

  • Click Save Flow in the campaign builder.

  • Export it.

  • When setting up the new campaign, click Import Flow to reuse your updated sequence.

You can edit message content before launch, but not after a campaign has started. Always double-check your flow before clicking Start Campaign.
