Starting your first campaign in Gro is a guided, step-by-step process that takes you from lead generation to live outreach — all in one platform.
✅ Step 1: Connect Your Account
Go to the Account tab and connect your LinkedIn accounts.
Gro will auto-configure your proxy settings for safety.
✅ Step 2: Search for Leads
Go to the Search tab. You can:
Enter a LinkedIn Search URL
Use Basic Search (235M+ contacts)
Or try Gro Native Search (advanced filters coming soon)
Type your ICP (e.g. “Founders at fintech startups in the UK”) and hit Enter.
✅ Step 3: Refine and Import to CRM
Use filters like role, company size, or location to narrow your list.Just send your criteria in the chat — Gro will automatically apply the filters for you.
Once you're happy with the results, select leads and click Import to CRM.
✅ Step 4: Enrich and Score Leads (Optional but Recommended)
Click on any lead in the CRM to open the right panel, then click Enrich to pull verified contact info such as email or phone (credit-based).
To assess lead quality, run Propensity Scoring by describing your company and offer. Gro IQ will generate a fit and intent score to help you prioritize high-potential leads.
✅ Step 5: Create a Campaign
If you've already imported and reviewed your leads:
Go to the CRM tab.
Select the leads you want to include.
Click Add to Campaign.
Name your campaign and select the LinkedIn account (seat) to send from.
Click Create Campaign to begin configuring the flow.
✅ Step 6: Set Schedule and Build Flow
Choose your daily outreach volume (max 75 invites/day)
Set campaign runtime (min 4 hours/day)
Build your flow with steps like, you can etheri create your own flow or use Gro template
Use Gro AI to personalize messages for tone, context, and activity.

Paid LinkedIn: 80- 100 invites/day with message (~200/week)
Free LinkedIn: ~15 invites/week with message, ~150 without
Max 3 active campaigns per seat
Min 15-minute delay between actions
Min 4-hour daily runtime per campaign
✅ Step 7: Launch and Monitor
Click Start Campaign — Gro will run your campaign based on your schedule.
Go to Gro IQ to track performance:
Invite acceptance rate
Replies and conversions
MQL and SQL progression
✅ Step 8: Manage Communications
Go to Outreach to reply to leads across LinkedIn and email (if connected).
Use filters and AI reply suggestions to stay efficient and on-brand.
