✅ Step 1: Open Gro IQ
Click Gro IQ from the left sidebar. You’ll land on a dashboard with two key tabs:
Campaign Dashboard – See performance across all campaigns
Lead Dashboard – Track your lead funnel and conversion stages

This view shows:
All campaigns (including drafts)
Invite acceptance rates
Reply rates
Campaign-level performance by seat or date range
You can filter by:
Campaign
LinkedIn account (seat)
Custom date ranges
Quick actions:
View campaign leads
Edit or delete campaigns
Compare campaign outcomes side-by-side
🔍 Lead Dashboard: Understand Lead Conversion
This view shows how your leads are progressing from cold to converted:
New → Engaged → Replied → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Won/Lost
You’ll see real-time numbers for each stage of the funnel
Click into any stage to see which specific leads belong there
Additional insights:
View leads sorted by propensity score and intent level
Identify warm leads that are most likely to convert
Track newly acquired leads by time period

If your workspace has multiple users:
Use the Leaderboard to see seat-level performance
The Activity Table shows how many LinkedIn messages, emails, and other actions have been executed
