Gro Overview

When you first log into Gro, you’ll land directly on the Search tab — the starting point for every outbound campaign. From there, you can navigate Gro’s four core features, each designed to streamline a different part of your sales workflow.

Here’s a quick overview of each:

🔍 1. Gro Search – Find the Right Leads

This is where your outreach begins.

Gro Search allows you to search for leads using:

  • Plain English ICP prompts (e.g. "Marketing leaders at SaaS startups")

  • LinkedIn Search URLs

  • Sales Navigator or Recruiter links

  • CSV uploads or CRM integrations

Once your search results are ready, you can preview, filter, and import leads into your CRM with one click.

👉 Use Gro Search to build high-quality prospect lists fast.

📥 2. Contact CRM – Manage and Score Your Leads

Every lead you import lives in the Contact tab — Gro’s lightweight, powerful CRM.

Here, you can:

  • See all your leads in a sortable table

  • Run enrichment to get verified contact info

  • View or edit lead stages (New, Replied, MQL, SQL, etc.)

  • Score leads using Gro IQ’s AI-powered propensity model

👉 This is where you keep your pipeline clean and focused.

📨 3. Outreach – Control All Communications

The Outreach tab is your unified messaging hub.

It brings together all replies from:

  • LinkedIn campaigns

  • Email campaigns (coming soon)

You can reply directly inside the platform, use AI-suggested responses, and filter conversations by status or campaign.

📊 4. Gro IQ – Track Campaign Performance

Gro IQ is your analytics and reporting dashboard.

It helps you monitor:

  • Connection request acceptance rates

  • Reply and conversion rates

  • Lead stage progression (e.g. Replied → MQL → SQL)

  • Overall campaign performance by seat or list

👉 Use Gro IQ to understand what’s working and optimize future outreach.
