Optimizing for Multiple Campaigns

Learn how to safely and efficiently run multiple LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Gro.

To stay compliant with LinkedIn’s connection limits and avoid account restrictions, it’s important to carefully structure and time your campaigns.

📊 LinkedIn Connection Limits (Estimated for 2024–2025)

  • Daily Limit (Free Accounts): ~20–25 invites

  • Weekly Limit: ~100 invites

  • Monthly Limit: ~400 invites (based on weekly cap)

Gro helps you stay within these boundaries by managing pacing and automating delays.

We should set up our campaign based on this estimation to avoid getting blocked due to too many connection requests

  • Recommended Campaign Count: At any given time, the recommended number of campaigns is two (2) per account/user

  • Avoid Overlapping Time Slots: The time period of which you will send out connection requests for each campaign should not overlap, i.e. campaign 1 is programmed for 6am - 3pm, and campaign 2 is programmed for 4pm - 12am

    • We recommend spreading out your campaign durations between 6-8 hours to send out connection requests

  • Daily Connection Limit:
If your limit is 51 requests/day, divide them reasonably across campaigns.
    Example:

Campaign 1 sends 25 requests

Campaign 2 sends 26 requests

By optimizing the number, timing, and pacing of your campaigns, you'll reduce the risk of LinkedIn flags while keeping your outreach consistent and scalable!
