What happens when the trial ends?

When your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and the payment method on file will be charged — unless you cancel before the trial period expires. To avoid charges, you can cancel anytime during the trial in your account settings. Your campaigns, settings, and data will be saved, so you can pick up right where you left off once you upgrade.

Where can I find tutorials or help articles?

You can find tutorial videos directly in Gro. Just head to the bottom left corner and click on “Tutorial Guide”—there you'll find a 4-step walkthrough to help you get started.

Where can I get customer support?

You can reach our support team in a few ways:

  • Click the chat box at the bottom-right corner of the screen


  • Visit our Help Center to browse helpful articles

  • If you don’t find what you need, just send us a message, our team will get back to you as soon as possible!

Where can I submit a bug or feature request?

You can submit a bug report or feature request directly from the Gro home page. Just scroll down and select either the Feature Request or Report a Bug ticket option. Fill in the details to let us know what you'd like to share.

Alternatively, you can send us a message by selecting the appropriate option in the chat. Your request will be shared with our product team, and we’ll notify you by email if there are any updates or changes related to your submission.

Why can’t I view my subscription plan?

If you're part of an Organization Suite, you may be viewing the workspace-wide view. To see your personal subscription, try switching to your personal account at the top of the page, then revisit the Subscription tab.
