Why Isn’t Data Showing After I Click “Enrichment”?

If no information appears after clicking “Enrichment”, it likely means the contact isn’t currently available in Gro’s verified data sources.

Why does this happens:

Gro’s enrichment engine pulls from multiple third-party and public databases. If a contact is missing, it simply means we couldn’t find verified data at this time.

What you can do:

  • Try again later — our database is continuously expanding.

  • Add missing details manually — if you already have the contact’s email, phone number, or job info, you can input it directly in the CRM.

  • Use alternate enrichment methods — try uploading more complete CSVs or syncing from a connected CRM.

Gro is always improving its data coverage, and we’re working to fill gaps over time.
