Go to the Subscription Tab
From the left sidebar, click Account.Review Your Plan Overview
Plan name (e.g. Gro Solo or Gro Team)
Pricing per seat
Next renewal date
Connected payment method
Number of seats included in your plan
Check Your Plan Usage
Right below, you’ll see a Plan Usage section with real-time usage data:Credits usage and reset date
LinkedIn account limits and connections
Email account access (available only on Team plan and above)
🧠 Tip: If you're on Gro Solo, email integration is not available. You can upgrade to Team to unlock it.
