How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

This article walks you through how to upgrade or downgrade your subscription in Gro using the built-in Stripe billing portal.

Upgrade Your Plan

If you want to unlock more features like multiple email accounts, team seats, or advanced automation:

  1. Go to the Subscription tab in the left-hand menu.

  2. Under your current plan, click Update subscription.

  3. Choose a higher-tier plan (e.g. from Gro Solo to Gro (G1)).

  4. Select a billing cycle โ€” Monthly, Every 3 Months, or Yearly.

  5. Click Continue to confirm the upgrade.

  6. Your changes will take effect immediately, and youโ€™ll be charged a prorated amount.

๐Ÿ”ฝ Downgrade Your Plan

If you're switching to a simpler plan with fewer features:

  1. Click Subscription in the left menu.

  2. Click Update subscription next to your current plan.

  3. Select a lower-tier plan (e.g. from Gro (G1) to Gro Solo Plan).

  4. Confirm the billing frequency (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

  5. Click Continue to finalize the downgrade.

๐Ÿ“Œ Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Youโ€™ll be charged the new rate at your next renewal.
