How to Use Messaging Hub

Using the unified inbox to manage all communications across campaigns. Filtering, replying with AI, and staying organized.

The Messaging Hub lets you manage all your outreach conversations — across both LinkedIn and email — in one unified inbox.

What You Can Do:

  • Track all communications: See real-time message history with any lead you've contacted, including LinkedIn messages and connected emails.

  • Send directly from Gro: If you've connected your email account, you can send emails straight from the platform using our rich editor with variables (like {firstName}) and AI-generated copy suggestions.

  • Analyze buyer intent: Gro automatically evaluates conversations and updates each lead’s buying intent based on recent engagement.

  • Bulk send: Hold Ctrl (or ⌘ on Mac) to select multiple leads and send messages at once — personalization tokens will auto-fill.

  • Filter by stage or date: Quickly find the right leads by filtering by lead stage (e.g. New, Engaged, SQL) or selecting a custom date range.

To manage and track your conversations across LinkedIn and email, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Outreach from the left sidebar — this is where all your LinkedIn and email communication is centralized.

  2. Select the account you want to manage conversations for (if you have multiple seats connected).

  3. On the top bar, use the search bar to find a lead by name or company.

  4. Use the Lead Stage filter to narrow results — for example, filter by “Replied,” “MQL,” or “SQL” to focus on active conversations.

  5. Click on a contact to view the full message history. If the lead is connected, you’ll see your LinkedIn chat synced here in real time.

  6. If your email account is connected, you’ll also see the email history in the same view. You can send follow-ups directly using the built-in email editor with AI support and personalization variables.
